At On Stage Media we are passionate about capturing your special moments on stage. With a young family of our own, we know how great it is to have those memories captured forever.

We are a family run business with a background in dancing and performance. This coupled with our love for technology means we are able to provide a service catered to dance competitions, concerts, school productions or any other “On Stage” event.

Photos can be viewed and purchased directly from our online store.

We do our best to upload all the photos the week after the competition / concert.

For competitions this can take a little longer as we take an average of 60,000 photos which we have to sort and upload.

The password for the gallery that you would like to view will have been given out at the event on an On Stage Media Flyer.

If you did not get a Flyer then you can email us info@onstagemedia.com.au for the password.

Please note that all troupe items have a school specific password that you will need to email us for.

No. Unfortunately videos are not able to be viewed online.

Videos can be ordered online by downloading the order form and sending it back to us.
The form can be downloaded here.

No Pre order is required. We record everything so you can worry about it later and don’t have the stress of having to worry before the performance.
Orders from competitions will generally take 4-6 weeks from the time of the order due to the large number of orders that we receive and postage time.

Orders from the online store will be available immediatly once approved for downloads and prints will generally take 1-2 weeks.
